Empowerent Program for Youths
If you're from the backgrounds of foster homes or face daily challenges, we strongly encourage you to apply!

We provide Hands-On training, so that all participants succeed in our Empowerment Program. This program provides the necessary training for adolescents and all ages, to obtain a certificate as a specialist in Nit Ninjas Medical Air Devices.
Nit Ninjas offer this 2 part program, in which all participants learn from with fun included. In the first session of the program, we integrate our medical aspects, workbooks, quizzes while and videos. Participants will engage with others, learn breathing techniques to utilize in stressful environments. Adolescents will undertake stressful situations with thereputic breathing techniques instructed by Nit Ninjas, for a succful future.
Participants learn how to achieve their personal people skill goals with our watch and learn approach during weekly field trips to real patients.
The second part of the session Nit Ninjas instructor will teach one on one communication skills, through in-home appointments. As the participants will be the main provider during appointments, with the instructor supervision. Test that expand the ins and outs of our devices technology and how its effective will be graded.
Test on communicative skills during trips will be graded. These are requirements to obtain our Certificate as a medical air Device specialist. This requirement is imperative for Q&A and success within our community. With Nit Ninjas support, at the end of the 30 day course , participants will have an excellence in

Each participate upon completion of the course will have an outstanding opportunity of employment within Nit Ninjas Foundation as a Medical Device Specialist in delousing, and within the industry. Please anticipate that this is a 12 week course for completion of early job & social skill training to obtain certification.

Customized Learning Strategies
Our experienced instructors create customized learning methods for all of our participants enrolled in Career Readiness initiatives. Based on participants goals and level of experience, we've got it covered. With daily practiced DEI policies to ensure a safe and healthy learning atmosphere. Participants will develop new HealthCare skills, strengthen the ones they already possess and achieve theirgoals with our personalized training programs.
1st Quarter
The 3 week core curriculum, will always include core subjects of the following;
Introduction to the course with materials and resources distributed, Reading/Writing at college level/ English writing, report writing, understanding acronyms used in industry, medical definitions introduction to Pediculosis, and introduction to science/a core branch of biology -Anatomy health/phys ed. Understanding all safety protocols/PPE and policies, team building/Leadership skills, stress management practice on Salon grade mannequin head, with Quizzes.
2nd Quarter
The 3 week core curriculum, will always include core subjects of the following; Introduction to General Patient Healthcare, Bedside manner, Patient contentment, *BP readings, report writing, GPS software understanding the difference between pediculosis and dandruff, Super lice life cycles, stages of infestations, how to properly diagnose Patients with pediculosis infestation. Healthcare communications, practice on Salon grade mannequin head, team building strengthening Leadership skills, Understanding all safety protocols and policies and quarterly quizzes included.
3rd Quarter
This 3 week core curriculum will always include core subjects as follows Understanding all safety protocols and policies. Patients contentment, Healthcare communications exercises Training on Diversity Equality and Inclusion policies for happy patients and a healthy work environment, leadership building exercises, detailed log writing, stress management practice on Salon grade mannequin head, general introduction on Medical Technology/Air Devices, troubleshooting, communications/public speaking exercises, Breathing techniques exercises to aid stress management, social skills engagement opportunities with Patient appointments/field trips, stress management/mindfulness exercises, assistance as an independent Healthcare provider, reiterated industries DEI policies and safety protocols with qaurterly quizzes.
4th Quarter
The 3 week core curriculum, will always include core subjects of the following; Refresher subject on the industrys policy and PPE protocols, patient contentment practice on Salon grade mannequin head, Foundations Software, medical abbreviations reiterated, leadership skill exercises, Director and professional program instructors aid in close supervision of participants/Medical Tech trainees, working independently as a Medical Tech or Specialist with Patients in the place of Patients discretion. Three additional internship 'field trips'/Patients appointments required to complete the course, including passing the final exam.
*Optional Entrepreneurship course after becoming a certified Medical Technician.
